    First visit to Malaysia and the staff here made it so memorable. Rooms are well equipped and very spacious. Washing machine was a nice bonus. Rooftop pool is beautiful and the views are amazing. Good breakfast choices. Reception staff are wonderful and so welcoming special mention to Sazly he was so helpful. Of course I must mention Joshua the most friendly gentleman always on hand to help and always with a smile. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel Willows i think it is excellent with attentive staff. We will definitely be back to visit again. Thank you 😊

    Perfect place to relax. Breathtaking views of TRX Tower from our Duo Suite, spacious living room, comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Kids have fun at the kids playground and rooftop infinity pools. Delightful breakfast, great service and definitely a memorable family staycation.

    I love so much At Sarastro, Ilove the breakfast Food is awesome i love the local dessert ( Malay Kuih ) The kuih ketayap & kuih Sri Muka & Many Thxx to Zila & Coline lastly Many Thxx to Chef lily, Anwar & all team u guys are so Friendly & helpful , i will be back again & again

    UK family trip - good but scope for improvements

    Stayed for 3 days at the end of our mini Asia adventure. For context we had already stayed in 4 and 5:star hotels in Hong Kong, Bangkok and Khao Lack.Positively, the location of the Tribeca is great- easy (but note crossing roads can be a challenge) walking distance to Pavilion Mall and on to KLCC park (for the Petronas towers). The two pools on the 32nd and 37th floors are also great. Fantastic views, including of Merdaka 118. The games room on 23 was also good.We had a duplex 2 bed apartment which was generally nice and comfortable, albeit we had several maintenance issues, some of which remained unresolved. TVs only feature Netflix.In terms of negatives, we were only issued one (traditional) key, the apartment only had two pool towels ("this is all you get" was the response when we asked for 2 more), and whilst we used the fridge to cool drinks, and did one load of washing (no powder provided, unlike the Muu on Bangkok) the kitchen isn't equipped for self catering. As another example we had only 1 wine glass.Another negative was breakfast. Upon arrival we were told the hotel was full and had to book a 30 minute slot. This transpired to actually be too long - the choice is poor, and plates of anything decent were "cleared" within seconds of being put out. Bananas featured on our first morning, but only melon the next two. Orange juice is like low quality squash, and the only coffee comes out of a "pour it yourself" pot. If you want eggs the only option is scrambled out of a vat - don't dare ask for fried or an omelette as the answer will be no...The toaster is a UK domestic type two slice machine, and the only option to put on it is butter (no jam or Nutella etc.).Customer service was hot and miss. Late check out was impossible for us, and even keeping an access card to get a late afternoon shower in one of the pool changing rooms took extensive diplomatic debate.Compromises noted, you could certainly stay in worse places, but only average overall from us - Vs 5 star rating our previous 3 stays on our Asia trip.We did a lot of walking, used a couple of "Grab" taxis and squeezed in the Petronas towers tour, Batu caves, the KL tower, Troica dining, and Petaling market.Note a Grab from KLIA took nearly an hour and a half each way due to traffic, but was less than 150 (c. £30).

    what a gem of hotel! as we expexcted the hospitality service was excellent and delightful especially to the friendly mr joshua that provide us a smooth check in and his helpful attitudes makes us feels very welcomed which left us thoroughly impressed! thanks joshua ! The room is clean and very comfortable to stay and also the hotel is in a prime location that close to all the major attractions, No doubt, I got a total of 5 star experience at dorsett bukit bintang, a truly memorable stay!
