  Spacious apartment with a huge amount of room in a very good location. We had a two bathroom, two bedroom apartment and it was ideal. Nice bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Rooms were cleaned on a regular basis and the whole building felt very safe and secure. Staff always available at reception if you needed any assistance. Two MRT stations close by. Food choices are plentiful at the Intermark Mall only 2 minutes walk away. The small supermarket in the mall is very good as well.   An Excellent Stay in the Heart of KLCC, Malaysia

  Trillion Suites has truly impressed our family in terms of space, cleanliness, and service.The apartment is spacious and exceptionally well thought out — from the fully equipped kitchen to the laundry area. The views are beautiful, and the location is ideal, with easy access to malls and major places of interest.We absolutely do not regret our choice and will definitely return on our next visit to Malaysia.Highly recommended.   Worst Nightmare

  Our staycation at Trillion Suits a few days back turn out to be the worst nightmare as upon check out my family have been accused of losing 2 miserable spoons and are to be charge. As we denied ....it was found upon 2nd checkup. And again at the next room.. the staffs accused us of losing 1 pillow which was found later at another room. It does not end there...the staffs blame us for a broken curtain railing. Above all before checking in.. the 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom are already with broken amenities and that was our mistake for not reporting it earlier. There are broken armchair in the study room..loose & shaking dining table..smelly comforter..dirty bed runner.. faulty TVThe facts that the staffs are incompetent, inexperience, not well trained in housekeeping that led to inproper room checking thus blaming guests for all the shortage and damage. With all the accusations, we felt embarass being humilated, loosing dignity. That was bad.That will be the 1st and the last vacation for us at the Trllion Suites. The name and huge advertising does not match the reality of the stay plus the pricey rates. Sorry to say.. Not recommended.   Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Management

  I had one of the worst experiences staying at Trillion Suites. During checkout, their staff accused my family of missing spoon, pillow, and plates items which we absolutely did not take. What made it worse is that housekeeping clearly did not check the apartment properly before making these allegations.Instead of handling the situation professionally, the management acted as though we were guilty from the start. It was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. After insisting on a proper re-check, the items were eventually found, proving that their housekeeping was careless and disorganized.This kind of service is unacceptable. The stay was supposed to be comfortable, but it ended with stress, frustration, and humiliation for my family. Definitely the worst hospitality experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic professionalism and proper management.   This is the most embarrassing moments of my life. Being accused of stealing pillows

  This is the worst ever experience of my staycation.The staff are not trained at all.When first came in all equipment do not work, the oven, microwave, fridge, water dispenser. turned out the wiring was the problem and they have to change the motherboard of the fridge. can't they do that before we checked in????Then when checking out time, the staff accused us for stealing the pillow, like seriously???? after we asked them to check again, they found the pillow in another room. Like seriously???the is the most f'ed up place ever.i seriously ask you all to think about staying here.and nothing much surrounding too.and shuttle only at 11am and 3pm to pavilion? like seriously? please, just don't need to trouble yourself with such service.
