Malik and the lovely Malay lady wearing a tudung at the counter provided a masterclass in guest service.​From the moment I walked up, they welcomed me with genuine warmth, bright smiles, and a highly professional attitude.     Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Overall service and stay was excellent. Special thanks to Jim, the tall guy who served me very well during ask for information.
