  We checked out of our hotel at the normal time (12pm) but our bus back to SG was at 10pm. Since we were both pretty tired as we had a late night before, we decided to just get 2 rooms in UFO Capsule Hotel to catch up on our sleep before taking the bus ride home.Affordable & clean. The toilets were also pretty clean. The female capsules were further up inside & the male capsules we towards the front. Supposedly separated by curtains but I guess it got a little bit too inconvenient of having to keep pushing the curtains aside so it was just push to one side.The inner of the capsules was ok, not too small. Just nice for me to be unpacking & repacking my backpack. There’s powerpoint & the switches for the light & your personal air ventilation is by the side so it’s easily accessible if you’re lying down. There’s a portable table too in each capsule.A place I would definitely consider going again.

  The bed itself is quite comfy..but there's no tv at the capsule...the service was just ok..the bathroom was bad...a bit dirty..the hotel location is good..near the monorail..there's some restaurant around the hotel..below my expectation..

  Hostel for backpacker in bukit bintang kuala lumpur

  The place in bukit bintang beside berjaya times square. How to get this hostel from kl central or terminal bersepadu you can take a monorel to imbi stasion and walk 5 minutes or you can take rapid kl to hang tuah and walk 5 minutes , i think this hostel is clean , comfortable and cheap for backpacker..

  I really wanted to like this place, but they made it very difficult for me. This is why:- The staff are so rude. When you say hello to them they either completely ignore you or they just look at you and then at their phones. They talk loudly to each other late in the evening and told me and a girl off for talking to each other in the reception at midday!! - The WiFi suck! Couldn't get a connection in my capsule.- The bathrooms are in a right state. Always wet, the toilets aren't clean, the doors are coming off. Nothing works.- Zero atmosphere there. The staff aren't even trying. - It stinks of cigarette everywhere all the time despite it being a non smoking hostel. The staff smoke in the bathroom and my capsule had cigarette burns several places, and when I turned on the fan where it says "Fresh Air", all I would get was cigarette smell.- The sheets are definitely not white anymore and they have stains and holes.- The mattress is paper thin so they might as well not have a mattress. I wouldn't stay here again.

  Pod great. But not the rest

  Unhelpful unfriendly rude staff, no facilities other an hit and miss wifi disgustingly filthy and virtually derelict wash/toilet facilities and a couple of knackered chairs outside.The capsule/pod itself was ok, mattresses very thin, but cosy to sleep in and have all you need. Ok for 1-2nights and ok price..wanted the experience of staying in one but dreaded having to use the broken delapidated washroom...staff only interested in being on their phones or sleeping on duty, no keys for lockers so nothing is secure.in need of a drastic overhaul including night staff.
