    Worst hotel room I have ever been to

    Stayed 5th Dec to 6th Dec. Room was small. Hotel is located next to noisy road. Bed was so dusty. Bathroom smelt awful. Ac not maintained. Front desk staff not at all friendly. Highly NOT recommended.

    Just because me and my partner book the hotel online (cause its cheap) the receiptnist gave us a bad room where the aircond is not working actually, the bathroom water heater is not even hot, and also the bathroom got floaded. Service charge for card payment is very high as they charge RM5 for card payment.

    Friendly and helpful receptionist. Price is really value for money. The location is great as it is in between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. Would definitely come back again. Easy access to public transport.

    Poor Hygiene Poor Housekeeping!

    The only reason I was there because of business trip from Melaka to Mid Valley (1 night stay).-Misleading description - I was looking for hotel that nearby to Mid Valley and restaurants (within walking distance as described by hotel '0.36km'). However when I reached the hotel that located in front of highway which I saw no restaurant at all except the Thai restaurant that is only open at certain hours. - Upon entered #320 i saw some hair on the bed (2 x single bedroom), drawer (refer pictures as per attached)-The linen/towels were old like rug-No bath mat provided-TV channel - bad frequency -No Qiblat direction in room -I made a complaint to the reception and wanted to change new room. No apology were given and they only passed the room key to HK maid for me. Well, I can't expect much as this only worth as budget hotel.-Upon entering #317, the bathroom, water heater pipe was leaking. I was too tired to complain as the staff were not that helpful. -It was so hard to search for GRAB car in the morning as it was very jammed, after waited almost 1 hour, finally managed to take the GRAB, thanks to FO Azizul for the assistance.-Overall, cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms condition, amenities, and customer service should be improved ASAP!

    Friendly but Dusty

    Had a 2-night stay. Friendly receptionist but generally the room is somehow dusty. I think cleanliness should be improved. The room isn't too spacious and they don't provide breakfast, tea or coffee. Fair if you opt for a place just to sleep and clean yourself up.
