The entire hotel smells like a fart. No service for making up beds. Coffe isnt started until 5am or after ..... no concern for the residents as they just act like whatever.50 dollar charge on my debit card...... even when company pays for the room.This is the worst Motel I've ever been tooMight be a value but expect nothing except a fart smell and sheets on the bed.

Pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay. Hot breakfast is more than I expected. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. You can actually take a hot shower. We will be back.

The front desk workers look like they could care less that you're there. Then, when you have the same issue over and over they talk to you like you're an idiot. No, I did not put the keyboard near my phone, or on a battery or next to a magnet. It's either the door lock itself the mechanism needs more juice to read the cards (new battery) or the cards are old and need to be replace. Or the machine that codes the cards is wearing out. Really, I don't care why it doesn't work well, just that it doesn't.

The wifi don't work my lights went out didn't get fixed for 2 days yet i was not moved on top i still had to pay for them two nights also not worth 15k rewards points a night over price on rewards points 3k should be the price when using your reward points at this hotel if u do, as for Ms Becky or Ms Emily at front dest they are the best and very helpful and for housekeeping as for Ms Crystal she did great with my room cleaning it so I left a tip for her and she was very nice and asked me daily did I need anything 😀

This place is absolutely disgusting! Found cockroaches and blood stain on the mattress. This was after they switched us rooms because the heater did not work. Hot tub was also out of commission. Second room also smelled of weed. Do not recommend!!!
