  Just fit for purpose. Staff are cool and hotel facilities are just fine. Wifi is awesome. I guess here is the only place u would get vallet parking for free😂.Location is nice 15mins walking distance from bukit bintang.

  I stayed there to holiday in KL with 2 my friends, first come the lady receptions is not friendly enough, wifi problem a whole day with slow respons,there is 3 floor there ans there is NO LIFT, the room is small,and i ever stayed in another hotel with more big room with the same price, no breakfast included, the hotel also looks old, but the man in the receptionis was good and friendly the give information and good follow up. I willn't back this hotel again.

  All the rooms in this hotel are smoking even if there’s no ash trays. Girls said that their major clients are drivers who smokes everywhere. The smell in the rooms are terrible, woke up with a headache next morning. The rooms are old and tired. This is not a boutique hotel at all - there’s no idea in decor or design. Think twice before booking!

  This is probably one of the cheapest hotel you could find in the area.A 4 floor building with no lifts, definitely not a hotel for you if you have some heavy luggage.Room is of reasonable size, bathroom is small though.Stain on bed, cracked floor tiles, smelled pillows, old towels.....Reception are helpful and friendly, the only plus point i can find from this hotel.This is a hotel for a quick sleep recovery after a late night party as there are a few clubs within walking distance, well i walked back from Zouk, took me 15mins. You probably won't tolerate the place if you are sober.

  Not Impressed! Alot of maintenance needed.

  We stayed at this hotel for 5nights, not a good choice. This hotel has many issues, we had a flooding bathroom. We alerted the receptionist, all he did was take the grate off to allow the water too drain, it was never fixed. The bed head fell off a number of times and hit us in the head. We asked for 2 extra pillows due to how hard the the 2 on the bed were and we were told that we needed to pay extra for them. Included in our room rate was water, a few days we did not collect our water from the reception as we went out on excursion for the day, when we asked for it the next day we were told that we need to pay again. The walls are very thin, others staying on the same floor were partying and being very loud after midnight, We could also here the person staying above going to the bathroom... not pleasant. The location is good, close enough to walk many areas.
