    Dear other potential Guests,Based on our experience we highly recommend not to book a stay in this Hotel. Here are the reasons that you can decide on your own on this decison:- Pool and Gym area are currently under construction. Not really visible on the booking pages, only in the Fine-printed additional T&Cs. They are still promoting the Hotel with these Equipment features on pictures and in the Headline items. Very intransparent. Also during the check-in we haven not been informed about that.- We booked a Junior suite which was totally not welcoming, dated and very loud due to the highway in front of the Hotel- Breakfast mid Standard in an Environment with cantine characteristicUnder this condition the price was out of any proportion comparing to the standard we experienced during the weeks before travelling across the beautyful Malaysia.Our lucky point we only booked for quick stop-over night with late arrival at midnight.GreetingsSebastian

    I didn't stay at this hotel but attended an event at the Ballroom followed by lunch at Retro Cafe. Bear in mind this hotel is not located in central KL, thus amenities and entertainment outlets are limited.Ballroom was old, and needed some rejuvenation.I have mixed feelings regarding the Retro Cafe. Food was adequate, but the management could have put in more effort into the restaurant.There was no one handling the noodle station, so guests would have to prepare the noodles and condiments by themselves.Mutton masala was nicely spiced, but the mutton was so thin that it resembled minced meat.

    Stay for one night here for work in UKM. Easy and near to UKM.Room is nice, have all basic amnities. Breakfirst simple yet fullfilling.Swimming pool was great too. Thanks to Restu who accommodated check in smoothly and attended hot water issue in room immidiately. I'll be back.

    The reception seems like snail, two person at one counter, one person is helping to settle check in and other one standing there watching show. Just check in waited for 30 minutes, this makes the first encounter was bad

    The best stay ever..Thank you to all Vivatel Staff for the good and best hospitality during my stay especially Ms Lin from reservation team that help me a lot.I accidentally booking wrong date and can't be change but with her help and effort i can amended my check in date without any penalty charges. The staff at front desk counter also friendly and helpful, tq to Chitra for helping me during check in process. Things need to improve only the cleanliness and housekeeping staff attitude.When i request to change my bedsheet that got blood stain and clean the dead cockroaches the maid only take that insects ang go without any sorry.The food for breakfast no taste and some of that too salty. Keep it Vivatel 👍👍👍
