  The hotel staff were very friendly here. Since the web Tamil for me to communicate with them also they speak very good English initially I was speaking with them in English till the next day I got to know that they are from Tamil Nadu. About the room I must say it was a decent room without a window and the Wi-Fi was really fast.   This is a nice basic hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 87 days and were treated very well. Of course it is not the Westin or the Marriott, but it was clean and satisfactory. Our first room had air conditioning issues, so they moved us to a better room with a window which was very satisfactory. It is an old facility and everything does not work perfectly, but we really could not complain. Our room was cleaned every other day, and I must say, the ladies did a fine job. Whoever complains about the cleanliness of the room expect 5 star facilities for a 2 star price. After reading hundreds of Trip Advisor reviews by guests from all over the world, I have come to expect that you cannot satisfy some people, no matter what you do for them. The reception staff, whom we got to know quite well, were all very friendly and helpful. The manager was friendly and helpful as well. They all spoke English, so we really appreciated that. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, it became our second home in Kuala Lumpur. Finally, the location is absolutely the best. Only a short stroll to the heartbeat of the city, Bukit Bintang, where you'll find the finest shops, Pavilion Mall which will absolutely dazzle you, and great restaurants ----- even McDonald's and KFC. When visiting Kuala Lumpur, consider this hotel for a very good price and good basic accomodations.

  Good Area - Budget Hotel

  Hotel is located in Bukit Bintang area with a friendly front desk officer and buffet breakfast. Outside, there are bars and a long strip of food stalls where you can eat and drink. WiFi is great but TV channels are limited to local, not even 1 English. Toilet and room is spacious but lacks power outlet. Overall stay is still good.

  Centrally located & walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, the mono-rail station.Rooms and Bathroom are basic and it is ideal if you are a budget traveller. A small restaurant serves a budget breakfast, however it is clean.Price is competitive comparedto other hotels in the area.   Clean RoomNice BreakfastNice Scene SkyscrapersNice LocationNear shooping and tourism area and easy to find public transportations. Just 200m from imbi station. If you lucky, few room have nice scene. Breakfast also nice for budget hotels
