This hotel has a cute river view at the back included with a kitchen.Overall everything is excellent with good service.Just come happily with confidence.Most of all there is a suitable food shop opposite.

Dangerous for a single female

The rooms were clean and stay not bad, but stay by a single female will not be safe.There was lot of noise and running around of unknown people.We were two females come for attending seminar and were located at this hotel. We took this hotel as it was near the venue. But we left in one days time.

On arrival I was greeted by an extremely unfriendly man at reception. Then on entering the room I immediately noticed yellow stains on every piece of bedding and a number of cockroaches roaming around the room and toilet. I alerted staff who responded by shouting and swearing! From what I could understand they were blaming the cleaner but the experience was very unsettling and there was no attempt to resolve the issue only to assign blame. So unhelpful. I left after being promised a refund. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. My trip was tainted by the whole experience, especially as I had to pay double what I had planned for accommodation. So, please do not stay here!

Staying here for 4 nights. Staff extremely helpful & rooms are cleaned everyday. The place is close to shopping malls, restos & nightlife & we travel by foot!I will choose it again next time on my visit & will request others to come stay here. I feel at home & v gd advice for shopping, foods & tours from the front office staff! Keep it up! And thank u for everything. 💕💕Thank u Bookings.com 😉Feeling sad to leave here on Friday....

Very poor and unclean

The staff was nice and cooperative. But we found rats coming and going in the kitchen. my travel partner decided not to eat anything. We decided not to go again until we make sure that rats issue and cleanliness. That doesn't deserve the extra tax fees we paid.
