    I was use this hotel many time since 2008Hotel wira is good price, and room was clean, hotel near shoping mall only 10 minuts by walk,and hotel close with PWTC, And station LRT, staff also frendlyNow room any renovate,Wira hotel recomeded for budget hotel..     The price is cheap. So near the place I need to go to. The hotel room for the price I paid, is small, which is okay. I'm not picky. Breakfast was good. Got free parking in the basement. WiFi was fast. Yay.. Toiletries-wise: only soap bar and showercap was provided, so people, if you want to stay bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Kettle and 3in1 coffee and also water bottles provided. I ordered room service - which was nice and fast, and also not that pricey. .     One of the best budget hotel in Kuala Lumpur

    It's a very simple hotel which is inclusive with basic facilities..The rooms are super clean. I really love the fact that they clean the room and make the bed everyday, I have not seen that service even at the 5 star hotels. The bfast is also simple and they have a mixed buffet which is suitable for English bfast lovers and whoever wants to try Malaysian dishes.. I enjoyed the stay. The staff also very supportive and friendly.. the only difficulty I faced at the hotel is the key card.. the key card doesn't work sometimes and you have to go all the way to the reception to get assistance.     Rooms are small.no wifi to the rooms.no internet access.ameneties are very limited.only coffee bags.bidet shovers are broken.no space inside room.only thing is close by PWTC,Shoping mall,shuttle bus,station.staff not much friendly.     Web pictures don't show the reality of this hotel, they gave a room without internet when the others have, no a/c in the room and looby, room bloody dirty, Windows lockers broken in unsafe street and no TV signal.Homeless living Next to the hotel.They didn't try tout help us on this cathastrofic hotel, there are verter options and safe in Pwtc.TO AVOID!!
