  Cockroach City!

  Now, I’m fully aware that this is a budget ‘hotel’ and so my expectations were fair. I’ve stayed in my fair share of low cost options. However, what I’m not cool with is having to share my room, and bed… with lots of baby cockroaches! I lost count of how many I disposed of after about the 10th… I certainly didn’t have a good sleep and wasn’t well rested for a day of exploring the city! So yeah, if you’re down with that then this hotel is a possibility. Personally, I’ll give it a miss next time!

  Do not trust every photos and descriptions in the booking website about this hotel. It's not even close. Before your arrival they would send you a text/email to confirm your arrival and says they are helping customers to check in easily and making their system more intelligent...it sounds like a hotel that put customer's experience first. However, what we experienced later were totally opposite to what we expected. The lobby has no aircond, smelly lift, smelly hallway, smelly room, stained bed sheets, leaking pipes in the bathroom, stained walls, any description of a dirty place you can think of, you can find it in this hotel.Regretted and decided to go for other hotel. The reception staff refused to refund even half of amount we paid for two nights, although we didn't touch anything in the room. The reason for no refund was because I paid using visa card, it would be OK if I paid using cash. Ridiculous!Avoid this hotel at all costs!   good, can be improved, but i gave 3 stars because of security concern.

  i stayed in room type suite i think, with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed although travelling solo because i receive the stay as a free gift. average ok, but i think some things to be improved:1. a small hole in the ceiling of the toilet to be fixed2. i was a bit concern on safety as there is no door latch. 3. no tea or coffee provided on the cups and kettle tray. no tea spoon provided. 4. a small cockroach inside the toilet5. old white towel, with spots of discoloration,thank god i brought my own towel

  The check in and check out process was very fast. I really recommend this hotel because of the cleanliness and comfortable stay. Be very careful, because it is quite hard to find parking and if you simply park your car,Mppj will tow your car or clamp your car with summons imposed. I really recommend this hotel for those who is on tight budget.

  Good Staff and Service. They are so good with the customer service and my self and my business partner was there for three nights and four days. It was good. And the environment is so cool and calm so we can concentrate our business work.
