    Turning a Disappointment into a Wonderful Experience

    Kudos to Vikensh, the RDM, for arranging a smooth c/in. We were warmly greeted by the bellboy and the overall arrival experience was superb. We went for sahur at the coffee house, but unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the buffet spread. The roti was very hard, the food was cold, the selection did not quite suit sahur, and the “fresh juice” served was actually cordial. However, after we raised our complaint, special kudos to Chef Izhar, the HM, and Chef Gan. They immediately prepared a special breakfast set for my husband and me. The taste was superb and we truly appreciated the quick response and effort to make things right.Their hospitality and service recovery were excellent, and it turned our experience around.

    Lobby looked good, however the room tells a different story. Weird design open for the toilet, WC & shower were practically in the room. Only a glass door which has an open top. Every activity and flush was heard. Shower grouts had mould and mildew & a big glass window into the room. Curtains partially block the view but if you really want to see it’s a free show.Breakfast was average, dont forget the stalls outside.Location was right smack in the government administration centre close to the big mosque. By the lake with nice views.Parking is a bit tight, use a small car. Theres a valet if you want to splurge

    One of the lousiest business hotel. Booked directly through their website yet they couldn't retrieve my record and said my booking was done via Agoda. As such, they couldn't even print a receipt for my stay. My clothes was stained by their iron but FOM gave a crap reason that iron was new (which obviously wasn't) and it was my fault for not knowing how to use the iron?? (they did eventually rectified the situation). Ordered a fresh juice at the bar and that took almost an hour, not sure why. Concierge is proactive to help with luggage at the driveway. Breakfast team is good. Overall, the management needs to relook at all key operations within the hotel.

    At best a 4*Arrived around 1700hrs- Front Desk had two staff but attended to only one guest at a time which left me standing there for awhile though they did apologise.- Guest-room lift lobby and corridors not air conditioned, rooms spacious but on the classic side.- Room amenities - lack of charging and socket points on your bedside table, toiletries provided are of inferior quality house brand so bring your own as it comes out in globs, wi-fi was patchy throughout the stay.- gym horrors of horrors it's NOT air conditioned and in Putrajaya weather you will feel like it's a hot sauna while working out.- breakfast - some hits and misses the usual Nasi lemak had no lemak taste whatsoever and lacks coconut fragrance, roti canai was very good though. Tea lack any tea taste.- Room keycard failed on my second last day of stay and had to revalidate and when it was done I accessed my room at around 1700hrs and housekeeping had completely missed my room!! And no I did not have my DND sign on. They came up without an apology. Overall I would avoid and stick with more established international 5* brands in Putrajaya.

    This is not a 5-star hotel! The hotel’s 5-star rating should be re-evaluated. They should not be rated 5-stars! I should have read the Google reviews before booking this hotel. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did. The room was so dirty. There were carpet stains on the floor and bedsheets. The room was akin to a 1-star hotel. So do not be fooled by the 5-star rating and please book other hotels. Such a huge disappointment.The hotel staff don’t seem to care about cleanliness and if the guests actually enjoyed their stay. Don’t think they’re paid enough to care. In short, please don’t waste your money this hotel.
