  Great buffet breakfast

  Skyworld Hotel guests have option of purchasing buffet breakfast tickets at promotional price. Lots of variety - there's something for everyone. My food fussy kids loved it.At RM30 per pax (please note that this price can change), I find that it's more value for money compared to the breakfast options at the food court or restaurants at SkyAvenue.   First time stay here during May 2025. Room is big. Renovation and construction anyhow still working in next door 🚪. Overall is OK 👌 but few things need to be touch up and detail check list before open for next guest stay . 1) the weight scale was NO battery 🪫 inside . 2) glass drawer all so dirty .3) sofa 🛋️ cushions so old and look ugly please remove it better until new will replace it . 4) Coat hanger stand look so old need to Repaint.Please see pictures attached. 5) 🛀 bathtub with no safety map very slippery Front desk who’s check me in during the morning was friendly and polite. After around 2pm got my key with another girl she may need to smile 😊 and be attentive. Check out was done by Su Lee she was very nice 😊 with good smile and greetings from her. Thank you2025年5月第一次住在這裡。房間很大。隔壁還在裝修施工🚪。整體來說還可以👌，但在下一位客人入住之前，有幾處需要修補和詳細檢查。1）體重計裡面沒有電池🪫。2）玻璃抽屜太髒了。3）沙發🛋️坐墊太舊了，看起來很醜，請先把舊的拿走，等換新的再說。4）衣架看起來太舊了，需要重新粉刷。請看附圖。5）🛀浴缸沒有安全地圖，很滑。早上幫我辦理入住的前台很友善也很有禮貌。大約下午2點後，另一個女孩拿到了我的鑰匙，她可能需要微笑😊並且更細心一些。退房是Su Lee做的，她人很好😊，笑容燦爛，總是熱情地問候我。謝謝 Social Care Team, Other at Resorts World Genting - Genting Grand, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   Appreciate the great hospitality received from Guest Service Associate Ms Sree. She made an effort to fulfil my room preference and the stay was enjoyable. Genting Grand Hotel is located near Genting Club. There are choices of twin bed or king size bed in the Grand Premier Room. Looking forward to stay in the hotel again.   Poop on toilet seat

  Just checked in for a 5 day stay and felt nauseous straight after going into the room Lifted up the toilet seat to take a wee and there was poop from the previous (or previous previous?) guest. This is supposed to be their premium hotel at Genting Highlands!   Poor control of smoking!

  The hotel room are great, classic look but maintained well so far. The only upsetting thing is people smoking everywhere! Doesn’t matter on non smoking floor or even at lobby area. I can’t believe it! Most hotel now go towards non smoking, smoke free, but they still have smoking floors. Worse case was people smoking at non smoking floor, with the sign stated NO! I was surprised people smoke inside lobby, walking in and smoke! What a bad image!! The staff here are not strict or well trained !
