    Checked in at 10pm. Sad thing they have lazy receptionist. I asked someone to help with our luggage up to the room, instead receptionist said “can you find the security guard at the entrance?” Hhhmmm. Okay… so I went to find him myself. Guard/Bellboy was in plain home clothes not in uniform, all along I thought he was a guest. Upon entering the room, there were shoe marks on the duvet and stains on the sheet. Had to ask housekeeping change the everything late at night. The baby cot we got was unsafe with wooden barriers without any baby bumpers. Wooden barriers was tied with Rafia strings instead as the lock was spoiled. Then comes the breakfast. Appalled. They provided guest with plastic plates and bowls. As well as paper cups. I’ve never come across such service. You pay not to be serve with proper utensils. We ask for extra towel, they say we can only provide you but take the other one back. But I told them i have 3 head counts. 2 adult and 1 child. Why would I need to trade with you an old towel for you to give me a new one?? I was shocked by receptionist and housekeeping tone on the towels. Was I to steal your towel? Upon checking out, we brought down 1 card as the other card was not given to us but was placed in the power slot (different kind of card). So we didn’t bring it down with us. The receptionist asked us to go up and get the card. I was confused. Hhhmm can you ask your housekeeping pple to get it. I had 2 rooms at 2 different floors. She say “No you have to get it”. Oh okay. So ok I went up to get it. When I came down and passed her, she say that’s all. I was like, there was housekeepers on the floors. You could have asked them rather than making your guest going up again. Such customer service. Very bad! I think owner is not looking into this.

    Horrible cleanliness and housekeeping

    We had to take a trip to JB for family emergency so few hotels were available on short notice. Since this hotel had good reviews, we decided to book it. The staff were unemotional, not supportive and unhelpful. The rooms were functional basics but NOT clean.It was terrible housekeeping. Showers /bathroom were mouldy and full of mildew. 3rooms and all 3 had the same issue. One family member got rashes from the sheets. All it took was a bottle of clorox and we cleaned it ourselves. I urge the management to regulate and improve the cleaning. In sum - i wont recommend and it money wasted.

    Amerin Suite for 2 nights

    We have stayed to this hotel like in 2017/2018, cant remember the exact year. But that time, this hotel is new hotel. All are new and fresh. We also stayed at Amerin Suite. So for now, it looks like this hotel needs fully refurbish because the carpet looks old, the wallpaper falling off, broken wooden floor, stained bed sheets/pillow cover and unfunctioning telephone. But what we like the most is, this room has the biggest bath tub ever. Even our bath tub at home is not that bigger. Also the water pressure is great. My kids enjoyed while having their bath in the room. No need to go to the swimming pool tho.Since we stayed for 2 nights, we havent use the washing machine. The range of the breakfast buffet is also average and not that bad. I like their salted caramel latte. The staff are also helpful and kind. No issue with them.

    Avoid this soulless hotel

    Before check in prepare rm100 for deposit.Check out time is at 12pm..any later they will forfeit the deposit..even if u check out at 12.30pmAlso make sure not to leave any stains on their hard uncomfortable mattress...a tiniest bit of blood also will make u lose ure deposit.Bed was super hard...mattress cover rough and aircon is barely cold.Carpet is all worn out and dirty.This hotel has no heart to it.My husband fall sick from eating their sahur meal and even after letting front office know abt it not even a word of empathy from the staff...ask for a late check out so that my sick husband has a place to recuperate while waiting for our transport back home to singapore and they mention rooms are full...in the end I book thru agoda which shows availability.I don't know abt the raving review on Agoda though I think Agoda only post positive review so I hope to see my reviews...if it doesn't then it shows Agoda is also manipulating customers so that their rooms get sold.Only plus point- hotel is across ramadan bazaar perling and a few metres down the road serve nice streetside burger.Other than that...This hotel deserve to be closed down.

    Worse experience ever! Hotel lobby full of flies, they do not have early check-in, reception staff is arrogant, no customer service at all, our room was a dirty room when they passed key card. Bring the matter to reception and they laugh it off as if it’s funny. Do not come here, terrible.
