This hotel is located by the sea on the south coast of Johor, facing Singapore Island. Johor is the southernmost coastal state, known as the "Southern Gateway of the Malaysian Peninsular". It is uniquely situated within an integrated duty free shopping and entertainment complex in the Duty Free Zone Johor Bahru. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive from the main business centre, the railway station, the Johor Bahru-Singapore Causeway, the Johor Tourist Information Centre and the Royal Museum. It is a 45 minute drive to Sultan Ismail Airport, Senai, Johor Bahru and a 1 hour drive to Changi International Airport, Singapore.

The hotel has a lift and features 400 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     We stayed here for a nights stopover, hotel was cheap and the room was basic but okay, but the breakfast was even more basic, just the bare minimum. Hotel a fair way out of the airport on a retail park with a couple of restaurants, but there is a free shuttle bus Soci Assist, Other at Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport by IHG, responded to this review Hi jonneeboy,Thanks for stopping in during your layover.     Great hotel for a stop over or extended stay

    We stayed here on a 23hour stop over. The shuttle picked us up at the terminal and took us to the hotel. Just a short drive. Check in was easy and the front desk was friendly. We took advantage of the shuttle to head back to the airport to take the UPexpress to downtown Toronto. The driver was helpful with getting us to the correct terminal to get the train. Very friendly. The room was clean and no complaints. We walked to a Montanas just across the street and Tim Hortons is close by as well as a number of other restaurants. Great location!
