Location is good walking distance and mostly covered to JBSentral. Reception doorman service very good and friendly. Room - higher floor better as facilities differs; no toohbrush or iron board on my floor (7th). Facing side of Meldrum Road. Ongoing construction noise all through the night - hacking drilling etc - wonder JB city council approves? Sleepless in JB? But it’s value for money . Lots of eateries restaurants amenities which is great. I’ll definitely come back . Not my first time here.. value for money for short stay hotel , but I’m writing this to give the hugest compliment to INDAH. Despite the busy sg school holiday crowd, she attended to guests in a very friendly manner . She made me feel very welcomed as though I’m staying in a 5 star hotel . Not only because of allowing us an early check in, her sincere gestures were heartwarming . Do acknowledge her as a great employee .. thank u INDAH . Unfortunately not a Hotel for us!

Not sure if we were unlucky and got the worst possible room ,that smelt horrible with unclean sheets but that was us! While the location was ok but not close to what we wanted, we checked in and out within the hour.( allergies didn’t help). but I must say that the front desk staff were amazing and understanding it just wasn’t for us yes we do travel frequently! Location is good. Take extra care on room facing as it may make the room smell bad.

Location: Great as it is just a 3min walk to City SqRooms: I would say decently clean but as mine is a connecting room and the one given to me face the slum area (entirely no view) hence the rooms smell unpleasant and one of the rooms esp bad smell that I had to spray using my own perfume but luckily only 1N stay. Lights are too dim for my liking. Staff: smiling and accommodating. Impressive doorman service which we didn’t expect to have. Toothpaste and toothbrush upon request only Cafe food is sufficient for me as they included toasts,cereals, mushroom soup, mee goreng, nasi lemak, roti prata, hot coffee/tea, milk and juices. Perfect hotel for weary visitors to JB.

Excellent welcome by Indah and female staff. So much nicer than the usual guys on the front desk. Really good security gentleman, excellent housekeeping staff and very good Malay buffet breakfast for 20myr. We had a room on level 10. Some noise from 1015 however they responded to my request to stop yelling at 20:45pm!Overall this hotel is very well managed and rooms and facilities are comfortable and well maintained. Hotel provides good beds and hot showers, in a perfect location, for weary world travellers!
