Lovely staff, deteriorated rooms

Stayed here for 4 weeks in two different rooms. The staff are brilliant and the cleaning is excellent. That’s the good. The building itself has deteriorated a lot since our stay here two years ago. The floating desk units in both rooms were coming away from the walls and drooping so much it was hard to keep anything on them without them slinging to the ground. The linoleum cover on top of them in both rooms were bubbled up really badly. The curtains in both were badly stained with brown rings. The wallpaper in both rooms, was peeling in a lot of places. The AC in one of the rooms had old unpainted rough mortar around it in one of the rooms. The ceilings in both needed cleaned and fresh paint applied. I have to say that the staff made our stay more enjoyable but we were so disappointed with the building. I gave this hotel a 5 star rating two years ago and I am astonished at how the rooms look now.

Spacious with reasonable price.Cleanliness are well practiced.Service are consistently very very good.Staffs are accommodating.Things to improve?, building is old wear and tears are visible, hope you can cover it up with something or you can fix it soon.Overall, i will recommend them with encouragement. 9 out of 10

Affordable Stay with Welcoming Staff and Convenient Location

Found and booked through Trip.com for just ₱1,400+ and paid via GCash (with discounts). The staff were super welcoming—everyone, including the security guards, greeted us with smiles! The place is well-equipped with essentials. It felt more like a proper hotel compared to the one we stayed at previously. It's conveniently close to public transport, malls, and restaurants. Visitors are allowed until 11 PM, and outside food is permitted.On the downside, there’s no pool, the window view isn’t great, and there’s no rooftop. The wallpaper was peeling, and the racks were outdated. They offer buffet-style breakfast, but I didn’t get to try it. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had a pleasant stay!

The location is convenient for me. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Very clean. And they are very attentive to their client needs. Been a regular customer since 2022. During my November visit, I was forced to stay in a nearby hotel because Jinjiang was fully booked and it was not a good experience 😭, fortunately the Jinjiang ORTIGAS staff was kind enough to assist me so I was able to book with them the next day and I transferred immediately 😂 my booking in other hotel wasn’t refundable though. But it’s okay. This place is highly recommended 💯
