The hotel was clean , and spacious and a nice get away for some relaxation time , The soul plants blooming spa located in the hotel , the 3 girls that work in there were really nice and professional! Enjoyed my treatments in there, Thankyou guys!??

Terrible Experience - Unfriendly Staff and Neglected Property

Hoping for a relaxing getaway, but instead, I left more stressed than when I arrived. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly from the start. He gave me a room with a view of the hotel entrance, which wasn’t what I wanted. When I kindly asked for a room change, he became visibly irritated and responded sarcastically, saying, “If I allow you to change rooms, this will be the last time I do it.” I was absolutely shocked—I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from hotel staff anywhere else.I came here to relax, but instead, I had to deal with an incompetent worker who clearly doesn’t care about guest comfort. To make matters worse, the property itself feels abandoned. It’s obvious that the management doesn’t care, and it reflects in every corner of the hotel. If the higher-ups don’t care, the staff won’t either.And don’t expect management to address your concerns. They’ll probably give you a templated response, rather than reaching out personally to resolve your issues. The lack of care and attention is evident everywhere in this hotel.Do yourself a favor—don’t come here. You deserve better than La Grandeur.La Grandeur? More like La Go-home!

Not giving me a good vibe

Old structure, not so clean. For additional dollars, stay at another more modern if need to be at Senai.You'll probably want to stay here only if playing early golf.Stayed here once, and then tried again as we had to play golf at a nearby course. I still have the same feeling.

First of all can I say that the evening staff were all very friendly and made us very welcome.However I was very disappointed with the morning manager who argued when I asked for a new set of towels.When a paying customer asks for something simple as a new set of towels, they get given them. It shouldn't be challenged or questioned.To argue and say "no" is just bad customer service. They finally did give the towels but they came late and the attitude of the morning manager took away from the enjoyment of my stay.

(this review is from a 12-year-old based on what they thought about it) I just wanna say a gentle reminder that I haven't told any of the management on how I felt about it, but I'm just saying on what I felt about it. What I really liked about this hotel was that it was quite big, and the palm trees were really nice around the hotel. It made it look like good, pretty scenery when you looked outside the balconies. I also liked how you could walk around the place, and having a large golfing range around your area! It looked very interesting. The bathrooms. They could be better, mainly the shower and the bath that I had during my stay. When I was in the bath, the paint started to peel off, and there was tape indicating that something had happened to it. The shower I guess wasn't so very warm, and it was mostly cold. It also was quite strong - it isn't a bad thing, a strong shower is quite nice sometimes, but what I'm trying to say is that it went out quite far, and it was spraying a bit on the shower glass door. Secondly, the balconies. I was having a walk around with my family, and as I was walking around, I saw that the balconies looked a bit... old/outdated. It didn't look great, and some of the walls that were around also seemed like that it was crispy and very old. Also while I was on this walk, I saw a olympic-sized pool along with this... I guess I should say jungle rope thing? I never knew these things were there, so the advertising could be more...noticeable. But the olympic sized pool looked really nice and a good pool to swim in. The spa is really nice, but I didn't exactly like how the people there took really long on the nails - don't take me wrong, the people there were really nice, but they always tried to make it look perfect and right. They did sometimes redo it, and don't you think that's a bit of a waste...? But I really enjoyed it, and they have good colors for nails. So overall, I did enjoy my stay; it's just that there could be some renovating of the hotel - just saying that also perhaps it would look more like a 5-star hotel if you did the renovating. Speaking of 5-star hotels, I am just saying that maybe ponder on this - is this hotel really a 5-star standard hotel? Does it meet the things that would make it 5-star?
