Live bed bugs at Legoland Malaysia Hotel May 2026 /马来西亚乐高乐园酒店房间发现了活臭虫/床蝨

    rating31 May 2026

Live bed bug at Legoland Malaysia Hotel Kingdom room in May 2026 and the Legoland Malaysia hotel asked for RM800 to send luggage. LEGOLAND MALAYSIA RESORT, Guest Services / Front Office at Legoland Malaysia Resort, responded to this review Dear Mrs. Evonne,Thank you for taking the time to meet with us personally following your recent experience. Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the discomfort caused during your stay. The wellbeing, comfort, and safety of every guest remain extremely important to us.We truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you & family directly, and we are grateful for your feedback and understanding regarding this incident. We have taken your feedback seriously, and will conduct a thorough review of our procedures, alongside more rigorous training for our team to ensure improved experiences for all guests.Sincerely, Lee
