    am disappointed with the Wi-Fi service provided during my stay at Noble Resort Hotel Melaka. Although the hotel advertises internet access as one of its facilities, the connection was extremely unstable and practically unusable throughout my stay.I approached the front desk staff for assistance with connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the service attitude was very poor and unprofessional. The staff appeared unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed an unhappy attitude while handling my request, which made the experience even more disappointing.As a paying guest, reliable Wi-Fi and professional customer service are basic expectations. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the standard being advertised, which I found misleading and unacceptable.I sincerely hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously and improve both the internet service quality and staff professionalism for future guests.”

    Noble Resort Hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing stay, making it a suitable choice for both leisure travelers and short getaways. The rooms are generally clean and well maintained, providing basic amenities for a pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm, allowing guests to rest well after a day of sightseeing.One point to note is that the power point is not located next to the bed, which may be slightly inconvenient for guests who wish to charge their phones or devices while resting. In addition, the bathroom does not have a lock and can only be closed by the door, which may be a consideration for those who value extra privacy. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is a strong advantage, as it is within walking distance to Jonker Street, making it very convenient for exploring local food, shopping, and cultural attractions. Overall, Noble Resort Hotel provides good value for money with a strategic location and a comfortable stay. Nobleresorthote...     Comfortable stay, Superb location

    We had previously stayed in this hotel, then branded as Novotel Hotel, about 10 years ago. This time, we stayed one night in this hotel again, now branded as Noble Resort Hotel. We chose to stay in this hotel again as our previous experience was good. The hotel was very well located, close to many restaurants, spas and shops. Despite the change in name, the hotel was very well maintained. The room assigned to us on the 15th floor was excellent and had a very good view of the the surroundings. It was spacious and very clean. The hotel had a fairly large swimming pool, gym and sauna. The only negative is the limited spread of food for breakfast.

    Recommended this place to my friends for our trip as I've stayed here multiple times before and never had any issues. We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us. Location is convenient with ample parking available. The property is generally clean and quiet. However, this time was a nightmare. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Had many issues with the room door and got locked out multiple times. The first instance was right after checking in. I found a staff along the corridor and asked for help who simply replied "No". After making multiple calls to the front desk, a staff came but could not access the room with their key card either. Ended up taking almost an hour before I could get into the room. The last instance, I made multiple calls from my friend's room phone but no staff came. Waited outside my room for over 30 mins at 3am. Went to the front desk for assistance but no staff in sight. When I finally found a staff, he seemed annoyed when approached for help. Room A/C was stuck at 15°C. Continuous issues with TV Wi-Fi connection. Not sure what has happened to this hotel but I wont be staying here again.
