    Worst hotel experience

    Absolutely worst hotel service. Called room service on 1 May around 7pm for something simple - a bucket of ice - and was rudely told there are “many guests” and I would have to wait. Sure, that was fine with me. Except the ice never came. I tried calling again multiple times and no one picked up.4.5 hours later, still no ice and still no answer on the phone. I finally reached the duty manager, who casually told me the restaurant had already closed and that I should have called earlier. I explained that I did call earlier, and his only response was that I could “lodge a complaint with customer service”. That was apparently the extent of accountability.If you enjoy being ignored, spoken to dismissively, and then blamed for their own failure to deliver basic service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and stay literally anywhere else.P.S. The aircon broke down in our room and we had to switch rooms. New room had spotty wifi and phone system kept going down…

    Overall great stay. We book premium suite. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It just that the lift is very limited in number. We have to wait for some time to get to lobby or room.

    the bed was super comfy, even the breakfast are so delicious such as feast. we enjoyed it so much. looking forward to stay there again in the future when we come around there.

    Bed and pillow are great. The breakfast was simple and enough. This is my fourth time staying in this hotel. Recommended for family and couple stays.
