  My Hotel of Choice!

  This hotel is at a good location in town & easy to find. It is “Pet friendly” with a nominal daily fee. The rooms are quiet with comfortable beds & amenities. There is a Fitness Center, Computer room, Restaurant & an outdoor pool. Each room has an outside entrance (to the pool or parking lot depending on the location of room) as well as an interior entrance through the hallway, making it handy for unloading/loading your baggage, accessing the pool or not having to go outside in inclement weather to access the dining area, fitness center or lobby. Breakfast is included in hotel cost & served from 6:30-9:00am daily (in my hotel survey, I suggested it to be increased to a 3 hour window). Staff is My hotel of choifriendly & helpful. Have stayed here several times in the past & will continue to stay here on future visits to this area.   Good one night stay on our road trip. It is located right off the highway and not far from a cute downtown area. There was a fridge in the room and a good selection for continental breakfast. We thought about checking out the pool, but ended up not going due to time. Matt Frank, General Manager at Best Western Plus Bradford Inn, responded to this review Thanks Stephanie!   Could use some attention.

  My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Bradford, PA from June 17-20, 2025. Upon our arrival I was hoping it would be a clean and relaxing location for our adventure to see the Kinzua Bridge sky walk and enjoy the rail trials on our bikes in the area. After check in we headed to our room 311 and I was concerned about the smell in the hallway even before we entered our room. After the first night of trying to sleep on a mattress encased with a plastic bag that was very hot and crinkled every time you moved, we had to ask the front desk what could be done, they agreed to remove the covering. The bathroom was of concern also. The ceiling had black spots of mold, the caulk around the tub had mold and the shower curtain was dirty. Upon taking a shower after riding on the trials the next day, the water would not go down the drain and I found myself in above ankle high dirty water. Guest services came and cleaned what they could but much more work needs to be done to make it a clean safe bathroom. A few other items in the bathroom were of concern. The flooring installed was wall tiles and they were very slippery. The toilet seat was for an oval toilet but the toilet itself was round, so they did no go together properly. One nice thing was that the breakfast area was clean and had items I enjoyed each day.   Do not stay here if you have a disability and don't want to be discriminate against

  This hotel refused to accommodate my disabled sons licensed service dog. The room smelled like dog pee and their was dog hair everywhere Matt Frank, General Manager at Best Western Plus Bradford Inn, responded to this review We are sorry but there seems to be some confusion as we did not refuse the service animal, nor did we charge a pet fee as we would for non-service animals. We are also sorry that the desk clerk was confused as to the hotel policies for regular pets as opposed to service animals. Thank you for bringing the housekeeping issue to our attention and we will have the staff take care of the problem.

  We had an Excellent experience. Everything was very clean and the food was excellent. We had the breakfast and ate dinner at the restaurant. Very enjoyable. Will use this company again. Went to the antique mall and had another breakfast at a cute little diner in town.
