    Matched my expectations and value for money. Exceptional service by Fran, who was quick to check me in as I was running late for a wedding and offered to order a taxi.Everything else was good. Clean room and quiet despite the location right next to the dual carriageway.

    Had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn! The hotel is really family-friendly, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The food was absolutely amazing with plenty of options for everyone. The reception staff were fantastic—so welcoming, helpful, and professional (especially Sophie H! ) Customer service throughout the hotel was excellent and really made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

    We spent the New Year weekend at the Hotel and were blown away by the fabulous customer service we received. Nothing was too much trouble for Garmon and Gabriela what a superb team. We will definitely be back!!! 😁

    Ended up staying at the Holiday Inn on the A55 quite by accident as our normal hotel in Chester was booked and were meeting friends but what an amazing place. Sophie on check in was so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Smartly turned out and so polite.Room 228 was clean and lovely and warm with plenty of storage areas and comfy bed and soft snuggly white towels.Darren in the restaurant was again polite, friendly and well turned out and the dinner and breakfast hot, tasty and great value for money. Very member of staff wore a smile, spoke and looked smart and genuinely seemed to be enjoying work.Free parking a great location we will be back.
