    Worse ever

    rating11 Oct 2025

Been traveling for decades, this is the worse place ever. Room pictures are very misleading. I couldn't even open the door to my room. There's a strange smell that wouldn't go away, perhaps sewage from drains. It wouldn't cost them a lot to put some air freshner. The towels are actually thin table covers, not making this up. Shower stall is the by far the smallest in all of EU. It doesn't even have a tray for soap. Shower head keeps falling. Breakfast is 2 days old croissants, last but not the least, rude staff that would harrass you to pay the cash city fee every time you walk in and out.

All up a good walk in choice

    rating09 Sept 2025

My experience was all positive. I walked in with no booking and was given a room. It was comfortable, central and the staff were exceptionally kind, patient and pleasant. I was here for two nights. The breakfast was included. I’d have liked fruit for breakfast, fresh fruit not only bread, spreads and sweets. However, I am grateful for what was available. I’d have liked a good brew of Italian coffee as well, instead of machine made. However, I can live without coffee. A great coffee is better than an average and I’d prefer to go without. These are my preference.

    Don’t go!

    rating08 Apr 2025

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I wish I hadn’t gone there. First of all, the room was in a bad condition. The wallpaper was coming of the wall, it was smelly, the floor was dirty and so were the bedsheets. Bedsheets were covered in hair and looked like they hadn’t been changed. The bed itself was the worst I’ve slept on. You could feel the strings from the bed poking you. Not good night of sleep. Then the shower…. The shower-head was broken and water was only coming from 8 small holes (instead of the normal +50 something). Water was basically dripping and it was impossible to wash your hair with that little water, for example. The water temperature regulator was also broken. The temperature was either burning hot (really, impossible to shower in that temp) or freezing cold. We complained about the shower and asked someone to come fix it and they promised to do so. Nothing happened. We had complimentary meal included in our reservation but that was a big disappointment. Only stale bread (the toaster was broken) and old eggs. There were two breakfast sausages left when we got there and they were cold. Had to leave in the middle of breakfast because food was simple so bad.Only positive thing was the location.Don’t go here, go someplace else!

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel

    rating14 Dec 2024

I stayed at this hotel in Rome from December 7th to 8th, 2024, with my family, including my 3-year-old daughter. Our experience was extremely disappointing due to several issues with the hotel facilities and staff. On the morning of our departure, we had to leave early to catch a train from Roma Termini. Unfortunately, the power went out in the entire apartment, and there was no backup. Our room was on the 5th floor, and without electricity, we had to carry all our luggage, including a pram, down the stairs. When I requested assistance from the hotel staff, they were incredibly arrogant and refused to help, despite the situation being their fault. They showed no concern for our predicament, not even on humanitarian grounds. This lack of support and empathy from the staff was unacceptable and made our stay very stressful. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel to avoid a similar experience.

    Hotel Dina

The room is not spacious at all. The bed springs I can feel everyone of them. The bathroom shower water is freezing cold and leaks. The location is good but I would not recommend staying here for more than 3 nights. The breakfast has yummy croissant but they they don’t offer much of a variety.
