  We booked a premier king room and I’ll go Straight to the point.Pros: 1.). Bed was comfortable to sleep 2.) security guard were so alert and always open door to welcome usCons:1.) blanket has stain on it2.) toilet piping seems to have minor leaking if not close 3.) front office staff seems to be helpless on small and SIMPLE request I asked for (eg. Borrowing lighter and scissor)4.) slow delivering service. Requested for a new towel for bathing. Had to wait at least half an hour to get it. Slow housekeeping even though they have provided reason that their laundry is late5.) WIFI SUCKS. Connected the WiFi in lobby and auto disconnect when I’m got back to the room. In this era WiFi would be basic thing that guest would expect.Paid about RM 260 for TWO NIGHTS and it is definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Would not come back Again.

  I booked the Standard King room for 1 night for vacation at the lost world. After check in the hotel and found that the hotel room look like NO HOUSEKEEPING and the housekeeping lady claim that she have done her job but i can't see the housekeeping have been done correctly.I believe my photo worth than words

  Parking space availble and free. Poor maintanace outside the hotel full of rubbish. Check in fast and friendly staff. Room spacious clean. Not cigarettes smell no stain on the linen. Aircond ,wifi and tv all functioning. Bathroom ok. Good water pressure. A bit stain of soap over the wall. For the rate i paid its worthy. May sleep again here. But for anyone who are not travel by car maybe slightly inconvenience since the hotel far from the city. Anyway for food dont worry because there ara mamak restaurant,kfc,giant, siam restaurant,starbuck and McDonald's within walking distance.

  Showed up after a great experience at previous Sunway property near KL [Petlang Jaya]That property was very good. Sister property a disgrace. Unfortunately got checked in bya scam artist named "Suresa". Told me the family rate was 820 MYR. Asked him why that was the rate he wanted to charge my credit card, when the folio rate was 610 MYR.He told me that was the rate due to late check-out at 8pm. I told him I didn't request late check out. He finally agreed to the 610 MYR price. Probably planned to put 210MYR in his pocket at my expense. I went after the Manager the next day, who tried to minimizethings as a miscommunication.; What a joke. She finally understood, I'm not screwing around. She called "Suresa" at home. He told her that I requested a late checkout. Not only is "Suresa" completely incompetent & untrustworthy. He is also a liar. Totally disgusted. Have stayed at thousands of hotels in my life. I wouldn't let my dogs stay there.

  Everything is on the cheap. Location was nice if ones wanted to visit the Lost world. But the enviroment of the hotel is very bad. Garbage everywhere near the entrance, it was smells bad and my first impression was not good. The staff was very helpful thought.
