    Our stay at Impiana Hotel, Ipoh was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Villasini and Sivanesh. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was smooth and enjoyable. Always pleasant and helpful, they assisted us with transport in and around Ipoh and even stepped in to secure alternative transport when our original plans to Cameron Highlands fell through. Their dedication, professionalism, and passion for their work made all the difference. They recommended places to visit, where to eat and what to explore.     A bit old fashion hotel but clean with all basic amenities available in the room. Very helpful staff at reception especially Mrs Villa. Spacious waiting area at the lobby with nice ambience and suitable piped music. Very close to the city centre.     As usual, we did our due diligence to read that the place offers good stay including a nice pool for my kid.The pool kids area is closed for safety reasons. Fair enough. But Iron provided heat adjuster knob is faulty, wife almost burnt her dress. electric socket plug is stuck at the middle unsure on or not, luckily Malaysia uses UK plug so the neutral and live are covered as long as nothing is inserted to the ground. And lift screen number not showing.That said, its still a comfortable stay. Nice bed, good lighting. Sejadah provided. Ok bathtub so my kid can enjoy the water as they like. Big TV and most importantly clean. Helpful and kind staff. No need the room pics to show this as there's a lot better pic to show it right?As for the food I didn't eat at the hotel. I'm refraining from commenting. But... I just expect better from a 4 star, RM200+ stay.
