    the staff here are excellent, the room was fantastic, really comfortable bed , lovely bathroom, everything needed for a nights staybreakfast was excellent, cooked to perfection, good value for money the only downside to this hotel is the parking charge of £15 which i think is excessive

    This is a wonderful hotel - a real pleasure to stay in.My standard double room was more like a junior suite. It was huge and superbly comfortable. When I asked if I had been upgraded they said it was a refurbished room. It was a lovely surprise!Peach looked after me in the bar area where I had wine, cocktails and a three course meal.I’d like to say a big shout for her as she is just wonderful at her job and a credit to Holiday Inn.In fact, all the staff I encounter were very friendly and helpful. I treated myself to breakfast and it was very good. (I’m so often disappointed with hotel breakfasts so don’t bother). There was an excellent choice.I’ll not be visiting Milton Keynes again but I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent hospitality.

    We stayed two nights last weekend. The room are clean and tidy and all was ok. Due to a slight mix up we ended up in the bar for food which we ended up refunded. However Catherine and Peach made up for the issue the next night where we had a great Christmas meal. If you are staying the restaurant is better than the bar. You can walk from the hotel to the shops in 2 minutes. Parking is expensive at £15 per day.

    Simply the best, absolutely great place and a pleasure to stay here.Car parked and paid for in hotel…. Warm welcome by Sarah and off to our room.Great room great size and excellent facilities including fridge and water plus tea& coffee.Nipping clean and very comfortable.Breakfast was superb and tons of choice and good staff supporting.Simple check out and hope ti be back soon.

    The hotel was very warm and welcoming, staff was extremely friendly. The room was very cozy and relaxing. Hotel location is perfect for shopping at the local centre which is just across the road.Only thing that was a set down was that all the food in the hotel was pricey, and that the parking in the hotel car park comes at a price of £15 a day.
