    simple hotel, but clean, and helpful and friendly staff

    Hotel is very simple, amenities were very basic. We went there for a cycling event, so we had 2 bikes with us in the room, which was already extremely cramped. We tried asking for a spare key card, but they said they ran out of it.There was only coffee, no tea.but apart from that, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly, and helpful. morningtonhotel2017, sales executive at Hotel Mornington Bukit Permata Lumut, responded to this review Dear Traveler.     Reasonable hotel in Lumut

    We were there to pick up my son from Outward Bound School. Location is just nice. Close to OBS and plenty of eatery around. Our deluxe room was quite well appointed. Complete with Safe Box and Hair Dryer. We have been to a few other hotels in Lumut. This hotel is by far way better than the others. We stayed for one night on the first floor.     Worth for the price

    Hotel is nice, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Just might be a but small though. But worth a stay. Couples of restaurants and groceries shop just near by (walking distance).     Its not too bad for a 1 night stay

    Got a room without window. Should have requested for one. I was given a room (113) which was on the ground floor and there was no phone coverage. Good thing is at least the free wifi works and was good enough for some basic browsing and whatsapp. Tv channels was as good as none as they are all not viewable. There wasnt a proper place to hang your clothes. Being a business traveller this proves to be critically inconvenient. There was also minor stains on the bedsheet as well. I didnt make a fuss out of it as i was tired after a full day at work. Definitely room for improvement.     Feeling cheated by the management

    My wife and I felt cheated by the management as they failed to notify us that they are doing renovation works thus the pool is closed and we can hear the drilling noise all day. No satellite television and no phone in the room. Is this the service I get by paying move than RM 100 per night?
