    This place is not worth one star, but that is the minimum required for a review. There is no pride of ownership, it is unkempt and unclean. The pool is full of algae and looks like a toxic dumpThe refrigerator is so stained that Goidwill would reject it. The toilet tank has yellow streaks and I would not put soap in the stained soap dish. The bathroom light flickers on and off like a strobe light for about 10 minutes when you turn it in.

    Room was old but clean (no rubbish/dust), permanent stain colour x bother us as long its not dirt. We took Std Chalet, right in front of d pool. My kids luv it. Suitable for d working families, may be not for d rich families (no daily cleaning, no room service).X expect romance, our room was in front of d pool, so it was family noisy at peak hours, but we're typical Malaysians---it didnt bother us.(request upstair room n far from d pool, if u want peace)1 minute walk to d beach and street food + souveniers. Hotel food is cheaper than street food. Air cond + heater was okay. Tv-x okay (but I hv my google chromecast and personal broadband, I used my own subscription flixes)

    Good place to see and comfortable to walk around near by beach and food stuff is nice with lot of good street shops near by hotel and looks clean the hotel with breakfast and the service good so can my penny money is reasonable

    All good preferable due to amount off money spent..suggest to low budget travelerfood also good.. bbq, breakfast served well by the caterer stafflocation placed very strategically at center of teluk nipah bay

    The place is within shouting distance of the beach, with the beautiful front desk girls speaking pretty good English. At 70 ringgit a night, this was a pretty good deal.There's a small swimming pool as well as a kids' pool. While swimming, oriental pied hornbills and white bellied sea eagles flied over my head, which was really amazing! In the mornings some hornbills would also come to my chalet and eat bread out of my hand!Unfortunately, there's no internet in the room and bedbugs/mites kept biting at night, even after applying lots of insect repellent. Apart from this, and the male staff smoking in the dining hall, I had a pretty good stay.
