  Feels like im at homeI visit regularly and always get a warm welcome by the lovely ladies in reception with a special mention of Kaitlyn who always gives me the warmest welcome. Love the beds in fact i want this mattress!Good food in the restaurant with exceptional service eapecially from Mikayla who makes me feel like family thankyouMy fav and only place i want to stay in Campbelltown.

  My stay at this hotel was a let down from the moment I arrived. Check in was slow and poorly managed, with a single staff member juggling the entire front desk and offering no sense of welcome. Unfortunately, that first impression set the tone for the rest of my visit.The room itself was standard at best, with a loud, poorly regulated air conditioner and not even complimentary water provided — because nothing says “premium experience” like charging guests for basic hydration.Service at the bar was another low point. Staff were rude, argumentative, and incapable of making a simple cocktail correctly. Hospitality wasn’t just lacking; it was completely absent.Breakfast continued the pattern. The buffet was lukewarm, the staff disengaged, and the cook couldn’t manage a basic poached egg. By the time I reached check out, I wasn’t surprised to find two staff members more focused on their own conversation than acknowledging guests.In short, this hotel charges premium prices while delivering the bare minimum. A consistently disappointing, poorly run property that fails at the fundamentals.

  Good room on quiet side. Only negative was the AC was noisy otherwise was easy to get a park (no additional cost) undercover secured. Was a late arrival and early departure so did not see much other than reception, car park and room.

  Good for an overnight stop, comfortable & well-located

  Rydges provides a good overnight stay. Beds are comfortable and facilities good. Location is well-placed for travellers being just off the main Hume Highway a few minutes. Dine in meals are available on Sunday nts although ours was average. The dine in breakfast was quite good. The one disappointing aspect (and it has been like this for years) is the inability to control the air con-so the fan operates all night noisily. And both rooms and the hotel in general becomes quite stuffy. Balcony is great to allow fresh air in.

  All fine. Nothing special. Would stay here again. Clean and functional. The reception area is rather drab, could do with a bit of work to brighten it up a bit. Good position for restaurants and shops. Public transport accessible. Nothing to complain about.
