  We had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooftop pool was great, would be even better if the bar opened for snacks and drinks at lunch time. Movie selection on the room tvs was limited. Good location, right next to the mall with convenient access via the hotel lobby. Only a short walk to old town Ipoh.   Great location, convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly with quick service. Breakfast could be improved as some items were a bit salty. Parking is slightly inconvenient as we need to go to Wave each time. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider staying here again next time.   Great hotel. Modern, great customer service. Comfy bed and big rooms, great swimming pool opened until late. It is located in the new town but very close by taxi. Breakfast has lots of choice and everything is very clean.   Meaningful Family Stay with Professional and Caring Service

  I stayed on 17/2/2026. My planned a special family stay to celebrate my child’s birthday, arranged as a surprise without my wife and child knowing. I chose this hotel because of its convenient city-centre location, direct access to a shopping mall, and excellent reviews from previous guests. Complimentary parking is provided for guests on Level 5 within the building shared with the mall. Valet parking is also available at RM30 per day.I arrived at about 1.45pm and was warmly received by Mr Zul, who kindly assisted with my luggage to the room and again during check-out. I was very grateful when he said, "No worries, I will help carry it." This was especially appreciated as I needed help due to back pain from long-distance driving. Ms Arrini at reception ensured a smooth check-in and provided clear explanations.I was happy that the room was already available at 2pm. Mr Jaffor came to deliver a welcome card and consistently offered assistance during my stay. He was polite, professional, and always ready to help. I was particularly impressed by his ability to understand guests’ needs and provide excellent service, despite being a foreign staff member.Ms Kaveesha provided warm and courteous breakfast service, Mr Alvin Lee responded helpfully to my email, and special thanks to Ms Thishara for the beautifully detailed room decorations.What touched me the most was a female Indian cleaner — when I returned from the mall around 7pm along the parking-to-lobby walkway, she paused her floor cleaning and greeted guests by placing her hand over her heart as a sign of respect. This level of professionalism and dedication truly made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay with the hotel staff.My studio room on Level 12 was clean, appealing, and well equipped with a complimentary minibar, coffee, and a direct drinking water tap — a rare feature in most hotels. It included a work table, sofa, comfortable bedding with a pillow menu, cool air conditioning, well-designed lighting, and a Smart TV. The bathroom had a strong rain shower, full toiletries, and a large jacuzzi with powerful water flow. The soundproof room was peaceful and offered a beautiful view of the city and surrounding hills.This room level provided evening cocktail service from 5pm to 7pm, and children were allowed to join, with delicious snacks provided — similar in concept to an executive lounge. The hotel also provided supper with simple porridge and soy milk for guests from 11pm until 12 midnight. Breakfast was very satisfying, featuring signature local Ipoh dishes such as "mee tikus" and mee curry, along with vegetarian and Western breakfast options.Other facilities were also impressive — a Chinese restaurant and rooftop café with reasonable pricing, and an infinity pool with a depth of 1.2m (no children’s pool). The pool is open from 7am to 10pm with a beautiful city view set against a heritage backdrop.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations for a local property, delivering true international 5-star quality in both atmosphere and service. It was a meaningful and satisfying stay for my family, creating wonderful memories we will always cherish and hope to experience again.
