    Perfect place to relax in Penang

    Loved this hotel which has a bohemian feel which suits it”s Love Lane location in Penang. Our room was in the Annexe and was very clean and well equipped. A massive plus point are the staff who are very welcoming and will do everything to ensure a perfect stay. Sal thank you to you and your colleagues for all your help.     Beautiful heritage hotel, perfectly located with amazing and helpful staff

    A beautiful boutique hotel perfectly located in the heart of Georgetown. A short walk to many main attractions, but just off the side enough that the hotel is a peaceful respite from outside. The hotel is in a heritage listed building and very well (and tastefully) decorated to evoke the heritage of the building and Penang itself.Janet and all the staff went (way) above and beyond for my family of 16's stay there and we were all very well looked after. Janet helped us plan and execute a birthday surprise, and helped with other logistics and planning that made for such a memorable trip. Thank you all so much!     Calm stay in the heart of George Town, Penang, Malaysia

    I really loved staying here! The location is very strategic, walk to tourist destination is only minutes away. But even the location is in the center of George Town, Penang, the vibes inside the hotel is very calm.They have cozy and homey vibes. My room was Anglo Indian Bungalow, with outdoor garden view, so beautiful. It also has library living room in front of my room. Water worked well, as well as water heater.Not only that, they also has High Tea at 4 PM. So guest will get High Tea & Breakfast!The service was good, staffs were friendly. You should stay in this hotel while visiting Penang. Perfect for couple trip / slow traveling style.     A tranquil hotel in busy Georgetown

    Most wonderful boutique style hotel. The room is clean, spacious. Beautiful classic malaysian interior, with inner courtyard. Breakfast is generous. Aunty Sal is friendly and provided practical information on where to go around Georgetown. Last but not least, the most gorgeus ginger and tuxedo cats added a sweet touch to this heritage premises.     A one of a kind stay in a heritage place. Carefully curated furniture (heritage but good quality) and located in the heart of Georgetown with great coffee places nearby.
