    We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel. While the property is older, it is clear that the management is doing a fantastic job, as the staff is constantly trying their best to maintain and keep everything in great condition. Every time we crossed paths with a team member, they greeted us with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful in every way. The outstanding hospitality of the staff made us feel truly welcome.     Restored colonial hotel in central old historic George Town. Walkable to every spot. Staff friendly, daily room service, afternoon teas. Some noise from old construction style.     Perfect for a 4 night stay and introduction to Georgetown.

    A beautifully restored Hotel crafted from several historical buildings. The room was spacious and well appointed. The Hotel is perfectly positioned within the UNESCO heritage area and is within walking distance to most attractions and dining options. The staff are truly delightful and a special mention of Yahfiz. Breakfast is substantial and the complimentary afternoon tea an unexpected treat.     I really love my experience staying here. The condition of the hotel, clean and very vintage looking. The staffs were very friendly and cheerful.
