  We had a smooth check-in and check-out experience, which set the tone for our stay. A lovely surprise was the complimentary slice of cake for my husband’s birthday — such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and well-spoken, making us feel welcome throughout.We stayed in a high-level deluxe room. While the room was clean and comfortable, some of the furniture showed signs of wear and the curtain was torn. There was also a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, despite it being a non-smoking room. Housekeeping responded promptly and helped freshen the space, which we appreciated.The beach was easily accessible through the hotel and generally well-maintained, offering a nice spot to relax. The indoor pool is on the smaller side, but it was pleasant and sufficient for guests.   Firstday we arrived at this hotelSuch a great atmosphere The staff here are all kind and very helpful. Early in the morning A staff named Azhar helped me choose food that I had never tried. Helped me join the beds The food is very delicious But a little cold and not fresh not at all. The problem now is cleanliness, the air conditioner is not working, The cleanliness problem in the roomThey needs to be monitored The cleanliness of the food and needs to be taken care of A reminder.   The service is really good by the staffs. The Front office, receptionist, room service, bellmans, all service was good. Mr. Nabil, Mr. Shafiz and Mr. Danny.
