  Would recommend this B & B to anyone and will definitely stay again. Great location, about 20 minutes walk into the city, but with the lovely area of Hoole just around the corner. Spotlessly clean accommodation in a beautiful victorian house, for our stay beautifully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast delicious, good selection and the full English was very tasty.

  Fantastic place to stay. Very friendly family, great room, great location, easy to get to on the 102 or 101 bus. Get off at ‘buy the sea’ use google. Tip go through the mosque all the way to the back gate. Baba is next door. Yes you hear the prayer call every morning.

  The location of this place couldn't be better, with in meters of the beach.The family that live there and run the place are lovely and entertaining with a tourtoise and a cat that are their pets who like to say hi when you come back!Good for backpackers who want to stay out of the main hubbub of Gegorgetown!

  Clean and friendly, but not for kids!

  I can’t really say much about the accommodation itself, because we didn’t get a chance to spend our night in the two rooms previously booked.. The problem was our two little daughters and the fact that we booked apparently rooms upstairs where children are not accepted, because of the noise and client’s complaining...No matter that we arrived at 6pm and we only wanted to spend one night...So be careful when choosing a room with your kids and maybe even ask yourself if you want to spend a night here..

  Low-cost very friendly guesthouse

  This place in Batu Ferringhi, steps from the beach, is a gem. A taxi driver brought me there a few years back. I've been going back ever since. Good for long-term as well as short term. Very helpful owner, Mr. Liang, and his family. They look out for guests and if something breaks, they fix it. A/C, hot water shower, plenty of comfort. You can hear the call to prayer from the mosque in back, so if that is a problem, only high-price hotels will do. I don't mind.
