Ok but tired and need of renovation.

Nice staff. Breakfast nice enough. Location ok. Can walk to Gurney plaza and paragon. Pool ok but old and a bit dirty. Very dirty and dusty in room. Nice toiletries and aircon. Water given daily. KFC next door and some basic eating options. Needs renovation.

A Berjaya Hotel Penang Christmas Tradition!

As promised, i returned to Berjaya Hotel Penang's glorious Christmas Buffet Lunch this year also and true to its service & hospitality, my family and I had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas in true Berjaya fashion! We were forrunate enough to meet the GM himself En Amran who was so welcoming and hospitable! The buffet spread was sumptuous and the staffs were so pleasant & welcoming. We even had a surprise visit by both Santa & Santarina giving gifts! It is sealed!... Christmas for me and my family will always be an annual Berjaya tradition for now onwards!
