    Not a HOTEL but Hostel and very Haunted.

    When my mom friend's said there was so great, tidy and clean.But the facts are not!, in rooms we couldn't use hot water, and the washbasin have flood when we're out from hotel.In the middle of nights we can't sleep well cause of sounds of walks and things going from toilets.I got the most corner of room (315), not so good. The TV was so slow respon.The furniture same like Lam wah ee hospital.In Front of the lift had mini resto, and I'll not recommended to all eat there.

    Room is dirty, can find leftover tissue under the bed.Bathroom water is slow.Room Cleaning is fake, make up the bed only, floor and toilet are left dirty.BOTH MAXIS HOTLINK AND DIGI ARE UNUSABLE, WIFI NOT WORKING, NO INTERNET.This is not even a Hotel, but a Hostel. No CCTV in the premises, the door lock is normal key.Will never stay here anymore, not recommending anyone to stay here too.

    Don't believe the guy that says it is haunted.The truth is they are a good place to hide tennos and play warframe 24/7.Besides they built a ghost town for u to explore in with your dinosaurs from ark survival evolved.

    Rooms are dirty. Furniture are old and in bad condition. Service staff are rude.Place is haunted. Unsafe even got robbed in the middle of the night. Lousy transportation services from the hotel. Receptionist unfriendly and looks like they are born and raised up from the jungle/5th world country..

    Stayed here with my family on Chinese New Year. Everywhere else was either fully booked or very highly priced for the peak season. On top of that, it wasn't easy to find a reasonable room that could fit 5 people. So, we settled for this place.First of all, this shouldn't be called a "hotel". More like a motel or a rental. The building looks unimpressive from the outside. The visitors' parking looks ghastly, especially at night. The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly. When they led us to the room, we were sure that we will only stay for a night and cancel the rest of our reservation. The hallway looked badly maintained. We had to walk past an abandoned kitchen that looked nasty. I could see that parts of the building was previously rented out as student accommodation. The elevator was horrible. Water was leaking all over it when we left. There was clearly no fire safety in the establishment. Lots to improve on!But surprisingly, we ended up staying for 4 nights. Why? Because the room was huge. For the price we paid, the size definitely made up for all the shortcomings. Also, because we were out most of the day and only came back to catch up on sleep. It was close to impossible to find another place during Chinese New Year, so we decided that it would make most sense to stay. Will not recommend to anyone, but if you really need a huge room for a big family and have no where else to go, this would be an OKAY choice.
