First of all, if you are sensitive to sound or a light sleeper, PLEASE give remark when you are booking that you want a room NOT to face the road. Stayed there for two nights. The first night was hell. I got room facing the road, can't sleep a wink at all!! I requested to change room that face the other side next morning. I slept like a log that night. Other than that, everything was good. The cleanliness, services, parking, and spacious room.

Nice hotel in Georgetown. Recommended if you’re looking for an affordable price room in Georgetown. Ample parking space, decent local breakfast. They just need to do something about their tv channels..

This hotel is located by the side of a busy road and has 30 rooms on each floor (90 rooms in total). Rooms are clean and comfortable, but my room’s TV was faulty, the heater was not working, and WiFi strength is erratic. Breakfast is local fare and it was decent. There was coffee, juice, toast, nasi lemak, mihun goreng and a selection of local kuih.

Affordable and clean place at the heart of Georgetown. Offers nice Malaysian type breakfast. Multiple hawker stall across the street for Penang delicacies and a great cafe right next door. Great deal!

The WiFi Connection is terrible

The room is clean and tidy.The bath towel need to change new one because the towel already turn yellow color.The room 109 is very noisy even morning, afternoon or night.This room is facing on the road a lot of car, motorcycle crossing the road.The WiFi connection is very bad can't use it at all.The locations is very good and convenient to any place.Parking space is very convenient a lot of parking space.
