  Strategic location with friendly staff

  Location - very strategic. Near to eateries within 5 minutes walk whether north, south, east or west directions for Chinese, Japanese, Malay and mamak stalls or restaurants. Also, 5 mins walking distance to Komtar.Room - clean. Pillows a bit flat. A bit noisyStaff - Fuad was a gem. Friendly , helpful and informative on where to eat and what buses/transportation to take. Thanks, a lot as it make our life so much easier.

  Overall nice stay and meet my expectations. Easy to walk from Komtar. Clean bed. Double storey shop lot. Beside road so easy listen car and motorcycle pass by. Cool air con. No hot shower. Maybe need fix it. Toilet at below level. So need walk down. Plenty of shops and food.

  Supposed to leave our luggage here, since our flight is at night..found them thru bagbnb. Their location is superb, close to many food attractions.. Unfortunately my 3yo daughter was unwell and had a fever. We asked if they have available room but they were fully booked for the day but still welcome us and provide some space for us to take care of our feverish daughter. They even let us to use their bathroom and gave us snacks and water. Thank you so much!! We really appreciate it. Best hospitality in penang. We wish you all the best!

  We took a room for 3pax. It was satisfying and clean. Provided with aircond and fan . Communal room is in front , which make it a little bit weird but stil ok, you can cook and everything provided there. It is not far from centre and street art. Also walking distance to famous nasi kandar.

  Stayed for a couple of nights just as a transit. Decided on this guesthouse because of the location (close to KOMTAR) which is great. Fair price with bedroom with ac and attached bathroom. Communal area with basic pantry / kitchen, dining table, computer and printer.The only problem with this property is that the walls are too thin. Can literally hear the neighbour snoring at night 😂 and this is the private rooms (not the dorms)With that I was torn in between giving a 3 or 4.
