My daughter call receptionist for an extra towel but he refuse to give it.I don't know whether it is the hotel policy or he just don't want to give it. But I think this hotel is nit a good hotel to stay because of low level hospitality given.

Leftover drinks inside mini bar

Check in on saturday,quite late check in and hotel seems not so busy. Room was okay and toilet was clean but there's leftover drinks with plastic inside the mini bar. Supervisor didnt check the room properly. Hope management will take actions and housekeeping supervisor double check the room before let the guest checking in.

Check in was a breeze...rm100 for deposit (refundable)...wifi connection is goodEspecially like the desk to do my work..Limited choices for food around so you definitely need a transport to travel further out..

The Front line staff were friendly & managed to get an early check -in.Hotel charged Tourist tax @ RM10 / night. Room was clean though the table & chairs look run down.The Lift is very slow - need to be patient. Taking 2 storey up feels like travelling 10 over storeys.Housekeeping staff was efficient / neat.Would consider staying again due to close proximity to my place of interest.

Friendly staff, the room provided was clean and neat, few restaurants nearby, modern ambience + mini bar. Booked via expedia.com and requested for an iron, 10 minutes after check-in, the staff sent us the iron. Thank you E-Red Hotel. Surely will come again, inshaAllah.
