    weekends stay.

    Booked for 3 days 2 nights.Located in between Butterworth and Bukit Mertajam.Not a good location.Not much eateries or malls nearby.Room was good and comfy bed.Pub next door so noisy till late night.Thai massage next door was good.Friendly staff.overall an average experience.

    - No HOT water for shower ... damn shivering !!! - the cups with stains, you wouldn't dare to use.- noisy nearby pub, noisy aircon and running water in the toilet (toilet flush needs repairing) ... hardly can sleep well with all these "music".Sufficient room amenities i.e. toothbrush with toothpaste, shaver, comb, shower cap, bath/shampoo gel, soap, slippers.Clean room, Lights & LCD TV in room functioning well, kettle coffee making, complimentary bottled drink, hair dryer, clothes hangers, wall universal plug.Friendly front desk staff.Car parking by roadside with security rounds during night.

    Heard this is newly established and has 3 levels of rooms. There is lift so don't worry. Counter check in is fast and place looks clean. Room is spacious. Has kettle to boil water and the amenities are adequate. See pics. Bed is ok. Pillow not too thin but comfy although the position next to the Aircon was just too cold to sleep. Ate dinner nearby nasi Kandar food stall for tandoori chicken / nane and it's good. There's 4 pubs along the rows of shops and one of them is just next to the hotel. So there will be singing that u can hear till 1am.

    E-Red Hotel Bayu Mutiara Hotel has just been open for about 2 months. its clean and comfortable. Pubs and Karaoke around the corner, the room next to Lady Garage is very noisy and ear plugs are recommended if you are going to stay here.

    The room was clean with good bedding and small. The bathroom was clean with good toiletries but shower had no hot water at 5.45 in the morning. TV had only local channels. Staff on night duty looked untrained and unsure of their work.
