  One of the better hotels

  This is one of the better hotels in perai. Walking distance to Sunway Carnival Mall. Lot of food around the hotel. However, the hotel does not provide free parking. There is an elevator in the hotel, so no issue with luggage or for senior. There has a nice hair salon which provide good hair cut with cheap price.

  Horrible and Irresponsible hotel!!

  My relatives stay for 3 nights. But the stay is horrible experience. The bathroom tempered glass suddenly cracked and exploded by itself, glass chipping flied all over, injured till whole body bleeding. My relatives have to get treatment by own and back hotel by own, even hotel manager refuse to discuss further or pay for compensation, never plan to met up negotiate, irresponsible! Their excuse is this is budget hotel, not capable to compensate. Ridiculous!! If a person buy a food product, even cheap and being intoxicated, I believe compensation is a must, furthermore this incident injured whole body. Thus, this hotel is not safe to stay as never protect their own guest. Please think twice before stay as it is at your own risk, life in your own hands.

  Bad front office staff.

  I've checked in late at 8.30pm.upon arrival the bossy receptionist Liza was very cold,show face & speaking with high tone voice. She insisted me to pay depo rm100 while I'm told her I only left less than that. She strongly insist for rm100 depo n ask me to go to bank at the back while she knew I'm come with daughter n were super tired.to stop the issue I immediately give her the deposit as she wanted(while other same 2star hotel rated only rm50 depo) . checked in process was slow n she only ask another staff name azrul to do everything.. she is not friendly n polite at all. Azrul was very helpful even tho after I enter my room the room so smelly,he so helpful.hold a guest depo rm100 but u can provide 2keycard it's a funny.what can I expected from 2star hotel service??? Overall front liner service very bad. Room is okay for the price I paid. I hope the Management will do something to improve front office staff attitude. Thnxs.

  strategic location and convenience

  if i came to butterworth for 1st thing to set is my quick booking room at e red hotel seberang jaya as i found it convenience. Strategic location as nearby sunway carnival mall and mamak restaurant also conveniece shops just for walking distance. For those who prefer stay just for sleep and take shower, definitely can go for this hotel.

  Just an average stay right on the hot spot

  Elegant interior was the first impression that came to my mind upon entering the lobby. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. I've stayed at deluxe queen size bedroom for a day. The elegant atmosphere was extended at the hallway on the second floor and it ends there. The room however was poorly maintained despite the neat layout. Workmanship was sloppy hence the room looked dilapidated. Broken & cheap hair/hands dryer looked a bit off from the rest of the room as it was installed at a very odd location. Flat screen TV, kettle and overhead shower were standard in room amenities. The bed was comfy but the room was a bit noisy due to poor insulation. WiFi was available but I've forgotten to ask for the password. There was no breakfast but plenty of eateries near the hotel just to satisfy your appetite. Banks, convenient stores and even shopping mall were around the corner. For the price, it was an average stay on the hot spot.
