    Definitely a to go hotel in Penang. Though not in Georgetown, grab is always available. We had arranged for pick up services but the driver had sent us to G Hotel instead. The hotel staff was apologetic and helped us arrange the buggy to send us to G Kelawai Hotel. We were given free ice cream at the point of check in and we thought this was a welcoming and nice gesture given the hot humid weather. Most of the staff that we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was clean and there is free minibar (drinks and some snacks). There are many food options at both the nearby shopping malls.     I love the view at gravity bar amazing.     The hotel is between 2 malls. A smaller hotel. Rooms are nicely appointed. Service was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.     I had a bad experience when i at G Kelawai. First things no greetings and no smile from Gravity staff. I ordered fried rice and needed to whait for half an hour and no staff at front everyone grouping at bar. After get the fried rice taste totally out and burnt food. Unexpected food and service from this hotel, last time few years back when i here got one staff name Puma he give a great service and keep asking about feedback.But now no one ask about feed back or second round for drinks everyone a busy with hand phone. Finally like to said GHotel only have a modern design and good view.
