    Perfect Location and Thoughtful Staff

    Our family stayed at Stewart Apartment for four nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was fantastic, spacious, and absolutely gorgeous. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many major attractions, which made sightseeing extremely convenient.I would especially like to thank the hotel staff for arranging a wheelchair for my elderly mother and for accommodating our late check-out request due to our delayed flight. Their thoughtful assistance truly made our stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay again.

    Historical beauty in a great location

    As tourists, you won't find a better location - it was very convenient having food and attactions so nearby. The hotel has a quiet atmosphere, and we only occasionally ran into other guests. The rooms are clean and truly beautifully decorated, with every corner containing artwork or antique furniture. We stayed in a 2 storey suite with quite steep stairs, which wasn't a problem for us but is worth considering if you are less mobile. The bathroom downstairs is quite large, although the taps being located outside of the shower itself was a bit frustrating. Our suite also had a small open air bathroom upstairs which was very handy to not have to go down the steep stairs at night. As with a lot of beds in south east Asia, the bed was very hard, and also quite short despite being a king size - this is worth thinking about if you are tall. The pool is small but beautiful and complimentary afternoon tea is served there daily. The service was so warm and friendly, everyone was so keen to help and make sure we had local food recommendations and got off to the airport safely. Overall we had a great stay and are grateful to the team at Seven Terraces!

    Heritage at the Heart of Penang

    We enjoyed a wonderful week at Seven Terraces which started with a warm welcome tour and introduction from Joyce who pointed out the history,heritage features and superb transformation that has made the hotel the jewl it is. The inhouse service was impeccable from the housekeeping and breakfast teams who make for a seamless,stress free and relaxing stay. A central yet quiet location,comfortable and spacious rooms across 2 floors with balconie & aircon. Reception team supported with trips,city advice,and all forms of genersl enquiries that we had and nothing eas too much trouble. Nurul & Joyce always went the extra mile and their help made for the most special of stays.. A huge thank you to everyone.

    Beautiful room, full of antiques. Just lovely. Breakfast was nice. Great location in town. The staff was very helpful, to the point of being almost a bit overbearing at times.     Most friendly and helpful staff. We spent a couple of hours to cool down before dinner. Most refreshing cocktails and enchanting period deco. We had a lovely time there. Thank you!
