Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 368 rooms and 12 suites. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     Me and my husband liked the atmosphere here…we felt relaxed and welcoming the moment we arrived. Our suite had an excellent view and space. The staff took really good care of everything. Nasir was great he complete our stay with our request for toiletries ammenities and also clean up the room in great manner. It was a refreshing escape.     We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help.The interior décor was attractive and generally well kept. However, the sofas in the lobby could use some attention, as they were noticeably sagging and worn.Our room was cleaned and tidied thoroughly each day, and all amenities were consistently replenished and well stocked.The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. However, some hot items, particularly the porridge and hot water, were not served at an adequately hot temperature.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with only a few minor areas for improvement.     A nice comfortable hotel. Service was good. All staff helpful and our room looked after very well by RASEL.Maybe would have liked a bit more variety at the bfast buffet but that’s probably being a bit picky.
