  A very basic hotel with very few amenities. They gave 2 bottles of hair conditioner , but no shampoo. Joke! The room fronting the jetty is VERY noisy! The pillows are very soft. Hotel receptionist did not give me the correct room that I booked. Felt short-changed, but didn't want to kick up a fuss one since staying over only one night.

  My 2nd stay at this hotel. Nice and uniquely decorated. Ample and easily accessible parking area just beside the hotel. Biggest downside for me: 1. No free late check-out. Exactly by 12 noon, else you pay for every hour late. It is quite normal for hotels to give until 1pm or even up to 2 pm for free late check-out. A big letdown for me. It is not cheap though per night at RM 150.00. With no breakfast.2. No housekeeping staff at hand. The rubbish in the room and near the lift on G floor was not collected or cleared until the next day noon. (I have photos to show)Verdict: I will think twice or thrice before coming back to this hotel.

  Staff friendly, Room nice and location is good because easy to access the place that want to visit and find the food to eat. The things that need to make improvement is hotel management need to make sure the facilities in the room is functioning.

  The hotel is located in very strategic area in Georgetown, easy to walk to many famous tourist spots. The hotel was nice and clean but we facing terrible door problem. We almost miss our bus while waiting for them to open our room, and finally its can be opened after 1 hour. hufft. Some lights in the room wasn't working either and according to their reception staff, his friend gave us out of order room upon check in. We really upset to hear that and he only said sorry. also the lady in the breakfast not really friendly and she always watching you everytime you go to the buffet to take food. really unpleasant.

  Good stay and decent hotel, worth the value

  I’ve checked in here for a night. The hotel is situated in front of the ferry terminal/ bus station. I got the sea view from my room and I can spot penang landmarks (Komtar and penang bridge) in my room num 506. If you are adventurous, you can get to attractions in penang by just walking distance.Friendly staffs and very helpful when we asked how and where to go around in penang. A complimentary breakfast buffet also provided.All in all it was a nice experience staying here.
