  Stayed one night at this hotel during our tour of Germany. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is outside the city centre so not all that close to restaurants (other than fast food). The hotel listing indicates it has a restaurant but upon our arrival at 6 pm on a Friday night the restaurant and bar were already closed?The hotel listing also indicates it has laundry facilities but when we asked at check in this was not the case. Unfortunate as that was part of our reasoning for selecting this hotel. The hotel has a large parking lot adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient.

  The services was outstanding and the hotel enviroment was wounderful. i was delighted with the way the staff attend to guest and their willingness to always assist at all time.

  The rooms are becoming more and more spartan: the air conditioning is gone (heating only), the coffee makers are gone, the refrigerators are gone ... only the breakfast remains at a high level. The attitude of the staff at the reception ranges from warmly welcoming to grossly indolent.

  Coffee maker worked occasionally during our one week stay. No soap in shower dispenser, coffee not refilled every day, wake up call on last day never came, possibly the room phone wasn’t working. Reception said they called 5 times. Booked through their website, but just found prices better at Expedia, booking.com and others

  Very pleasant and helpful staff are the main positive of this hotel, rooms are basic, clean and tidy, fine for a short stay. The air conditioning is below par so the rooms can get very warm. Inexpensive.
