    The hotel is quite shabby price is too high, breakfest is ok but you can hardly find place to seat. But the most horrible thing was when my shirt (brand Campdavid ~105 USD, was stollen by housekeeping. Management of the hotel didn’t compensate it and tried to explain that nobody took it. If you stay in this hotel all your things must be closed in the suitcase. But better choose other hotel.

    i enjoyed my recent work trip at Ixora. The room layout is excellent for business—very spacious with a functional study table, luggage compartment and sofa. Having the snacks topped up daily was a nice effort. I noticed the guest have difficulty looking for food because the hotel not surrounded by eatery area. However, I would suggest if the hotel can install the bidets in the bathrooms for future. Aside from those two points, it was a very pleasant stay.

    Bad smell especialy around corridor and lift... Very old enquipe hotel with overated star... Not even 1 star worth it... Dirty swimming pool staff not friendly... Need refurbish... Not recommend this hotel... Will not came again.......

    Book for 4 bedroom last minute.hotel near by mall and restaurant (walking distance). easy access and lot parking insidethe building very roomy room and good for family adult and kids pool available gym available can fit 6-8 person in one timea

    Worst Experience Ever - Unprofessional Staff and Dirty Room

    I booked a specific room at Ixora Hotel through Agoda, but upon check-in, I received a completely different room. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, the hotel staff insisted I contact Agoda myself. After reaching out to Agoda, they confirmed that the order was correct on their end and suggested it might be a glitch from the hotel's side. But did the hotel own up to the mistake? Not at all!To make matters worse, the manager on duty was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even try to assist and instead kept dismissing the issue. I’m shocked that someone like him holds a manager’s title! He clearly needs serious training on how to handle customer service — absolutely unfit to be in hospitality.As for the room itself? Dusty, musty, and worst of all, the toilet smelled awful as if there was a sewage blockage. The stench was unbearable the moment I walked in. Honestly, it seemed like the smell matched the level of service provided by the staff at Ixora Hotel. Worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs!
