  Misleading advertising. What they sell doesn't correspond to reality at all. You eat better in a hospital than here. No kidding 4 stars. Dirty, broken and unmaintained facilities.   Ghost Town at Christmas

  The booking agent said the restaurant and pool may be closed. It was not made clear at booking that the resort was shut down. The confirmation e-mail stated check-in service was 24/7 at Hotel Magic Games. We arrived to check in and the hotel and town were abandoned. We called the emergency number in the booking confirmation and they could not find our reservation or reach anyone at a front desk of two hotels they told us to try to check in at. After an hour of searching for a human, and two hotels later, a security guard helped call a manager to check us in from a third hotel. Once inside the building, we had to flip the breaker to start electricity to heat up the apartment. It was dusty and we couldn't touch many surfaces. There wasn't hot water for the first day. We didn't have enough linens to cover and use all the beds. This was significantly more than "The restaurant and pool may be closed."Once we were up and running with groceries, dusted surfaces, more linens, and warm water to shower, the location and rest of the building were quite nice. I would love to give the place a chance when there are people around, restaurants are open, and the pool is available. I'm sure it's lovely.

  Run as far as you can from this scam. First of all this is not a resort but just a few separate hotels under the same management (or should I say unmamagement). There is construction garbage everywhere, nothing opens on time, there is always guests complaining.What a nightmare!!!Spend you money elsewhere.We are 4 days into our "Ultra All Included" vacation and the mini bar is completely empty since the first day after we have complained 5 times.The apartments aren't maintained during the weekends, the theme restaurants suck, they tried to change our reservation on the day of arrive and many other issue with this business.DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE IN THETHEIR WEBSITE IT IS ALL BS. Magic World Resort, Otros at Apartamentos Magic World, responded to this review Hello, we're sorry for the bad experience you had at Magic World. These have been months of intense work and, despite the efforts of the entire team, there may be services that have not met their expectations and that is why we are redoubling our efforts so that the guest experience is not affected.
